- Find suitable property, based on our customer's requirements.
- Arrange a shortlist of properties to your specification.
- Arrange property viewing.
- Book hotels/flight (if required).
- Visit with the client.
- Advise our clients on all the legal work required to purchase a home in Bulgaria, handle all the legal & tax requirements. This would include setting up a limited liability company (if purchasing propety with land), and full checks on property (ownership documents, land sketch, securing proper title deeds, liens and other details).
- Building contractors available if property requires renovations (if required).
- Interior design, furnishing and landscaping (if required).
- New off-plan construction using our plans and architects or yours.
