A stunning preserved 200 year old architectural and cultural monument house near Veliko Tarnovo. The house has not been restored and its original condition is unspoilt. It is a structurally very sound house with a stone basement and solid walls.  It is on two storeys plus basement. A 75 cm high stone fence preseves the privacy of the home. The total living area of is 154 m2 and there is a 44 m2 traditional veranda. The size of the yard is 740 m2. There are two entrances to the house. There are nine rooms and an internal bathroom and WC. There are also agricultural buildings and an external WC. The house comes with antique walnut furniture.
